How can I book a photosession?
Booking a photosession is easy! Choose the option that works best for you:

To secure your booking, a 50% prepayment is required.
I don’t know how to pose. Will you help me?
Of course! I’d love to help you feel confident and comfortable during the photosession. I will guide you through natural poses and movements to capture your best angles while keeping everything relaxed and fun. No experience is needed - just be yourself!
How long will it take to receive my photos?
The delivery time depends on the package you choose. Please refer to the description of the package you are interested in for specific details.
How long do you keep our photos?
After sending your pictures, you'll have access to your private gallery for 7 (seven) days to download both your edited and unedited photos. Additionally, I keep a backup of your edited images for 1 (one) year in case you lose them. If you ever need them again within 1 (one) year, you can contact me.
What is your editing style?
My editing style focuses on keeping your photos natural and timeless, ensuring they remain beautiful for years to come. Of course, I will remove distracting objects (if needed), apply light retouching, and enhance the overall image while maintaining its authenticity. However, I do not alter body shapes, change hair, significantly modify the natural colors of objects in the photo, or 'iron' clothes. In general, my goal is to preserve the true essence of the moment!
Do you provide the original unedited RAW image files?
No, I do not provide clients with unedited RAW files. However, I do share the best unedited JPG photos from your photoshoot (if they are included in the ordered package). These images are carefully selected to meet quality standards, ensuring they are sharp, well-composed, and free from technical flaws (such as blurriness, poor composition, or closed eyes).
Do you travel for photoshoots?
Yes, I’m happy to travel for your photoshoots! I primarily work in Vienna but am available to travel. Additional travel costs will apply, depending on the location.
Are there any additional costs?
Yes. Please note that travel expenses to other cities, special photo props for your photoshoot, entrance tickets to museums or other locations, and transport costs for travel between distant locations are covered by the client and are not included in the final prices. Waiting time (in case of delays) is also not included.
Can I keep my photos private and not have them published in your portfolio?
Yes, of course! I respect my clients' privacy and always ask for permission before sharing any photos in my portfolio or on social media.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
If you need to cancel your photoshoot, I will be happy to fully refund your deposit if the cancellation is made more than 3 days in advance. If the cancellation is made less than 3 days before the photoshoot, I can offer a 25% refund of the deposit, as time and effort have already been invested in preparing for your photosession and the day has been reserved for you.
Additionally, you are welcome to reschedule your photoshoot to another available closest date. Please note that rescheduling is allowed up to two times. If a third reschedule is required, a new deposit will be necessary.
What if I am late to the photosession?
If you know you will be late, please let me know at least one hour in advance so we can adjust accordingly and start a bit later.
If you arrive late without prior notice, you will have two options:
1. The photoshoot will be shorter, as the waiting time will be counted as part of the photosession. The price will remain the same.
2. You can extend the photoshoot beyond the original timeframe for an additional charge.
